Tip
Confluence will automatically suscribe you to the page which you CREATED, LIKED, COMMENTED ON So in order not to receive too many emails or not following the content anymore, you want to unwatch the content.

2 Ways of unwatching the content:

Manage all watchs :
Goto the up-right corner and select watch

Find the space or page you don't want to watch and Click "STOP WATCHING"
Un watch one page / space
For Space, goto Browse->Space Operation then click STOP WATCHING THIS SPACE

For other content, Click the little Eye, end UNCHECK watch page
